Where the Rib Beanie grips, this one slouches. A looser 5-gauge knit in a yarn that has been brushed after knitting, so it is soft against the forehead and has a slightly hazy surface. Single cuff, sits back on the head.
Brushed yarns shed and pill more than smooth ones; expect a little fuzz on a dark coat collar in the first weeks. The blue shades are dyed deep and can transfer onto pale hair products or scarves when wet.
