Last updated 25 October 2026. These apply to every order placed with Lazy Sunday Haus B.V..
Lazy Sunday Haus B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands, trading as Lazy Sunday Haus. Contact: hello@lazysundayhaus.com.
All prices are in euros and include VAT at the rate applicable to consumers in the EU. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you confirm the order; the rates are on the shipping page.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway exclude import duty and local VAT, which the carrier collects from you on delivery.
Where a piece is shown at a reduced price next to a higher one, the higher figure is the lowest price we ourselves charged for that piece during the 30 days before the reduction, as Dutch and EU price-indication rules require. We do not raise a price in order to show it crossed out, and a reduction is only ever on a colour we are retiring.
Discount codes are one per order, do not combine with each other or with a final-colour reduction, and apply only where the stated minimum basket is met.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and the contract is formed, when we send the dispatch confirmation. Before then we may decline an order — if a size has sold out or a price was listed in error, for example — and refund anything already paid.
Fabrics are dyed in batches and garment-dyed pieces vary a little from one to the next. Brushed fabrics pill in their first washes, loopback softens over time, waffle and jersey shrink within the figure stated on each product page, and wool felts if washed above 30 °C. These are properties of the materials, described on the site before purchase, and are not defects.
Payment is collected at checkout by our payment provider. We never receive or store card or bank details.
Delivery times are estimates in working days. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or to someone you nominated. If a parcel goes missing, tell us and we will pursue the carrier and either resend or refund; you will not be left waiting on the outcome.
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. We extend that to 30 days. Pieces must be unworn and unwashed; socks must be in their unopened band. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or not what you ordered. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of posting, to the original payment method.
Under EU and Dutch law you have a two-year right to goods that conform to the contract. Separately and in addition, we guarantee the construction of every piece — seams, hems, cuffs, ribbing, waistbands, elastic, drawcords, buttons and pocket bags — for 2 years from delivery under normal wear and the stated care, repairing or replacing at our cost including postage. The guarantee does not cover pilling, shrinkage within the stated figure, colour change from washing or sun, felting from washing above 30 °C or tumble drying, snags, wear-through at sock heels, or moth damage. Full details are on the shipping and returns page. Neither guarantee limits your statutory rights.
The text, photographs, patterns and product names on this site are ours. Every piece is made to our own blocks and specification. We do not make, sell or imitate other companies’ designs or trade marks, nothing on this site is offered as a version of another brand’s product, and no piece carries any logo, print or external label, ours included.
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded under Dutch law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Write to hello@lazysundayhaus.com. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve within 14. If we cannot agree, you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform or the Dutch Geschillencommissie.
Dutch law governs these terms and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction. This does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
