What helps

• Sizing. Your chest measurement and the name of a top that fits you the way you like. The size guide has the flat measurements for all three blocks if you would rather check yourself.
• Which block. Tell us whether you want it close or roomy and whether you are between sizes anywhere else. That decides most of it.
• A seam, cuff or hem that has gone. A photograph and roughly when it arrived. That is a guarantee claim, and the postage is ours.
• An order on its way. Anything can change until the label is printed, usually the next morning.
• A return. Start it by email; the returns address and a printable note come back the same day.
