Sunday Crew Sweatshirt
- Unisex
- 420 gsm
Sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers, heavy tees and flannel shirts in organic cotton, brushed cotton and wool blends. Cut on three blocks — women, men, everyone — with the fabric weight printed on every page instead of an adjective.
A hoodie is not unisex just because the label says so.
Every piece here is drafted on one of three patterns. The women’s block is narrower at the shoulder and longer in the back; the men’s is longer in the body with a set-in sleeve; the unisex block splits the difference and runs relaxed. The product page says which, the shop filters on it, and the size guide gives flat measurements for all three so you can check against something you already own.
The three blocks, measuredEverything you would reach for between Friday evening and Monday morning, and nothing you would wear to a meeting.

Loopback softens, brushed cotton pills and then stops, wool felts if you are careless. All of it is on the product page before you buy.
Unbrushed loopback is the inside of a sweatshirt left as small loops. It is dry and a little stiff on day one, never pills, and softens for about a year. The Relaxed Hoodie and the Straight-Leg Jogger are loopback.
Brushing lifts the fibres to make a nap. For three or four washes some of them roll into pills or come off as lint, then it settles. The flannels, the Everyday Hoodie and the Sunday Jogger are brushed.
The beanies, the roll-necks and the house socks are wool blends. They are warmer than cotton at half the thickness, and a single hot wash felts them permanently. Thirty degrees, wool cycle, dry flat.
Heavy jersey twists at the side seam if it is tumbled hot. Garment-dyed colours soften for a dozen washes. Deep dyes bleed into pale sheets the first time. Pale brushed cotton shows marks. None of it is a fault; all of it is on the product page.
Cloth rarely fails first. Construction does.
When a sweatshirt dies it is almost always a cuff that loses its spring, a hem seam that opens or a drawcord that frays out of its channel. So that is what we guarantee: for 2 years from the day it arrives, if any seam, cuff, hem, rib, drawcord or button fails under normal wear, we repair it or replace it and we pay the postage both ways. Pilling, shrinkage inside the stated figure and felting from a hot wash are the fabric behaving as described, and are not covered. It says so in plain words on the returns page.
A handful of pieces each season. A colour has to earn its place before a second one in that family is added.
Every page lists the fabric weight in grams per square metre, or the gauge for a knit. “Buttery” appears nowhere on this site.
Organic cotton, brushed cotton and wool blends. Nylon and elastane only where something needs to wear or recover - heels, cuffs, ribs - and listed when they are there.
No logos, no prints, no patches, no external labels. A single blank tab inside the neck or cuff, and that is all.
Sewn in Porto and Guimarães, knitted in Tilburg, packed in Haarlem. Each product page names its town.
When a colour leaves the range, the last run is reduced against what it sold for over the previous 30 days. Nothing is marked up to be marked down.
“I ordered the hoodie on the women’s block and the joggers on the unisex one, because the page told me the rise would be lower on those and that is what I wanted. Two different blocks, one set, and it fits. I did not know a shop could just tell you that.”
